Cancellation, Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders placed on gabbardeals app can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • The order status can be checked on Gabbardeals’ website or application where the order was placed
  • In case the order is already dispatched, the customer can refuse the order at the time of delivery and the order will get cancelled automatically
  • In both the cases above, refund will be issued to the customer as per Gabbardeals Refund Policy
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that are purchased under special occasions or sales period on restricted products. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing. Please contact Gabbardeals.com Call Centre -7620202020 or Email (contact@gabbardeals.com) to cancel an online order. A cancellation fee of 2% of the order value will be applicable.
  1. Return Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number 7620202020) or Email (contact@gabbardeals.com).

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

An order qualifies for return if:

  • A damaged, defective or different / wrong product is delivered
  • The request for return is placed within 24 hours of delivery of the product
  • For Apple iPhone device related issue – Please contact Apple Customer Service
  • For Android device related issue – Please contact the respective company service center
  • Products/Items should be unused.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the accessories, IMEI stickers, in the same condition in which you received it. Product must also be in its original package.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • To complete your return process, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice copy.
  • Product is returnable only if the brand outer box, MRP tags, User Manual, warranty cards, and original accessories are intact

The refund for returned order is processed as per Gabbardeals Refund Policy

  1. We will process the refund after receipt of the product by PNR Commerce Services Pvt Ltd or its business partner. All refunds will be routed through original payment gateway be it PAYTM, PAYPAL, or any other bank debit or credit cards accounts after adjusting the cancellation charges. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
  1. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account
  2. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email about the status of your return.
  4. In case, your return has been accepted, the refund amount will be processed immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method as per below.

Refunds against Order Cancellation or Returns are done as per below process:



For Orders placed through Netbanking

3 – 7 working days in the same account

For Orders placed through Debit Cards

3 – 7 working days in the same account

For Orders placed through Credit Cards

Amounts are automatically credited to the card within the payment cycle period

For Orders placed through COD

Cheque issued on the billing name as received within 7 working days

For Orders placed through Gabbardeals  or other e-wallets

Gabbardeals’ e-wallet: Within 24 hours

Other wallets: Within 7 working days
